How do I create an event?
Sign in to your account, navigate to the dashboard, select Create Event, complete the required information, configure ticket settings, and publish your event.
Can I edit an event after publishing?
Yes. Most event information, including schedules, ticket availability, descriptions, speakers, and sponsors, can be updated at any time before the event.
Which payment gateways are supported?
Event Software supports secure payment gateway integrations. The available payment methods depend on your account configuration and enabled integrations.
How do attendees receive their tickets?
Once registration or payment is completed successfully, attendees receive a confirmation email containing their ticket and QR code.
Can I export attendee data?
Yes. Authorized organizers can export attendee information and reports from the Event Dashboard, subject to applicable privacy regulations.
